About the Author

When it comes to narcissistic abuse recovery, Mistye Quinn just gets it. After enduring and witnessing decades of narcissistic abusive relationships in the work, family, social, dating, and church, she has emerged with the survival tools to share with others who find themselves suffering and seeking escape after drowning in their own pits of toxic relationships. She shares the red flags and prerequisites for emotionally safe relationships with her thousands of subscribers on Facebook and YouTube each week. She is passionate about human development and the spiritual and emotional well-being of others.

Along with an undergraduate degree in Child and Family Studies and a Masters in Christian Studies, she is serious about continuing to seek the knowledge and tools to help others enjoy a higher quality of life as she is currently studying for her Doctor of Ministry to become a Pastoral Counselor Therapist. She has the right mix of human understanding and ministerial acumen to equip people to find their escape as she did with the help and grace of God on the long road to recovery and self-discovery.

Mistye has served in various capacities as a leader in various churches in teaching capacities. She has served several years in public service careers in Tennessee and Arkansas helping persons suffering from mental and emotional issues due to abuse.
